End-to-End Production Chain
Our vertically integrated process eliminates inter-supplier handoffs, reduces lead times, and gives us full traceability at every stage.
Stage 01
Crystal Orientation & Slicing
X-ray diffractometer orientation verification. Multi-wire saw slicing to target thickness with kerf loss minimisation.
Stage 02
Grinding & Lapping
Sequential rough grind → fine grind → double-side lapping. Thickness controlled to ±0.02 mm before polishing.
Stage 03
Precision Polishing
Double-side CMP polishing. Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.5 nm achievable. Flatness to λ/10 for optical-grade components.
Stage 04
CNC Profiling & Laser Cutting
5-axis CNC machining for complex 3D geometries. Laser cutting for high-volume 2D profiles. Edge chamfering and bevelling in-house.
Stage 05
Vacuum Coating
PVD and CVD coating systems on-site. AR, HR, ITO, DLC and decorative coatings. Spectrophotometer verification on every batch.
Stage 06
Printing, Plating & Final QC
Silk screen printing, electroplating (decorative and functional). 100% outgoing QC inspection. CoC and inspection report issued per batch.
