How to Request a Sample
To request a sample, please note “Sample Request” in your inquiry and include the following information. Our team will prioritize your request:
- Product drawing or written specification (dimensions, material, surface finish requirements)
- Number of samples required (typically 1–5 pieces for evaluation)
- Intended use (functional testing / customer presentation / certification submission)
- Shipping address and preferred carrier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Sample lead time is typically 7–15 business days. Each sample shipment includes a dimensional inspection report and Certificate of Conformance (CoC). Shipping costs are quoted case by case; preferential freight rates are available for first-time customers.

Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. For any engagement involving customer drawings, specifications, or proprietary product information, we are prepared to sign a mutual NDA prior to commencement of work.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no hard MOQ. Prototype and small-batch orders are welcomed. Recommended production quantities for cost efficiency will be indicated in the quotation.
Do you offer DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review?
Yes, free of charge. Upon receiving your drawings, our engineers will provide a DFM assessment identifying potential manufacturing risks and recommending geometry or tolerance optimizations where applicable.
What quality documents do you provide?
Standard documentation shipped with every order includes a dimensional inspection report and Certificate of Conformance (CoC). PPAP, FMEA, material traceability certificates, and other documentation can be arranged — please specify requirements at the inquiry stage.
What file formats do you accept for drawings?
We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF, and physical samples. If you do not have a formal drawing, a detailed sketch with dimensions and notes is sufficient to initiate a quotation.
Can you arrange factory audits or third-party inspection?
Yes. On-site factory audits are welcomed, and we cooperate with all major third-party inspection agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, etc.).
