Submit Your Drawing
Send drawings (DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF) or physical samples by email or courier. No formal drawing? A dimensioned sketch is sufficient to start.

DFM Review & Quotation — Within 24 Hours
Our engineers review manufacturability and issue a detailed quote covering unit price, tooling (if any), lead time, and any geometry concerns or recommended modifications.

Order Confirmation & First Article
Confirm PO and payment terms. For new parts, we produce a first-article sample for your dimensional and functional validation before committing to full production.

Production & In-Process QC
Full batch production with IPQC checks at each stage. Production progress updates available on request.

Final Inspection & Shipment
100% outgoing inspection. Dimensional inspection report and Certificate of Conformance issued per batch. Shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight.
